Commissioned by the Showa University of Music horn ensemble, this piece was then revised to a brass quartet version in March 2020. It consists of four movements, each with a different character, while the suite is designed to maintain balance throughout.

I. Prelude
Eb minor, 12/8. A magnificent fanfare showcases the strength of the brass instruments.

II. Impromptu
F minor, 3/4. It features a recurring melody A over a chromatic accompaniment and a moving lyrical melody B.

III. Tango
D minor, 4/4. A miniature tango develops with vibrant colors and reaches its peak, but it ends quietly after a sudden strike.

IV. Finale
