As the title says, this work was written in 1998. It was originally composed for middle-size bands, but later revised for large-size bands. This march relates to "Festival March", published by Bravo Music. It's written as a British-style march with two factors; an up-tempo march like London's musicals and a trio in Elgar or Walton style.
