This piece was originally composed as Woodwind & Percussion Octet, commissioned by the Tokai University Sugao High School Wind Symphony, and premiered at the 44th Tokyo Ensemble Contest in 2020. In 2024, it was adapted into a wind band version, commissioned by the Kodaira City 3rd Junior High School Band, and premiered at the All Japan Band Competition the same year.
